Find outstanding credits on family accounts

How do I pull a report of all outstanding credits on family accounts in Jackrabbit?

Resolution

An unapplied credit is any credit transaction that has not yet been linked to a fee. You can easily generate a list of these credits to review or export by following these steps:

Go to the Transactions menu and select Find Unapplied Credits.
On the Search Credit Transactions page, define your Transaction Date From and Through field. To ensure you capture every outstanding credit in your history, use the earliest year of operation.
To generate the list, click Submit. You will be taken to the Apply Credits page, which displays all currently unapplied credits.
To export your data if you need this information in a spreadsheet, click the Export button to download the list.
