No classes appear when submitting an absence due to Closed Dates

Issue/Question


When I submit an absence I receive a pop-up that the student has no classes during the selected date range. This is not true, what am I missing?

Resolution


A student may not show any classes during a selected date range while submitting an absence because Closed Dates have already been set within that selected date range.
