Create a scheduled task to post tuition fees automatically

Objective


Schedule tuition fees to post automatically on a specific date so families are billed without manual processing.

Solution


Scheduled tuition tasks are created using the Post Tuition Fees feature.

  1. Go to Transactions > Post Tuition Fees

  2. Select Post Later and enter the Schedule Start date and time for the task (the first time it will run)

  3. Choose your appropriate criteria and settings to capture the fees you want to post

  4. Select Preview Fees to preview the tuition posting details

  5. Select Post Later to open the task scheduler

  6. Complete the scheduling details for the task and click Next
  7. Select your preference for the optional email reminder and click Save
