Associate a Staff member with an Appointment Type

How do I add staff availability to an appointment type?

Resolution


Follow the steps below to associate a Staff member with an Appointment Type:

  1. Navigate to Activities Menu > Appointments > Select Types
  2. Choose More Options (three vertical dots) next to the Appointment Type you would like to update and select Edit
  3. Go to the bottom of the Step 1 page and select Associate Staff Availability
  4. Select the checkbox next to any Staff you want associated with this Appointment Type
  5. Select Save
