Find the URL for the Online Registration Form.

Access the Online Registration Form URL from the Online Registration settings. The Preview Registration Form button opens the organization's unique registration form in a new browser tab, where the URL can be copied for sharing with families or adding to a website.

1. Go to Gear > Settings > Online Registration.
2. Select either Settings or Field Options/Labels.
3. Click the Preview Registration Form button.
4. Copy the URL from the address bar.
