Student access to parent portal

Issue/Question


I have some families that would like their student to have access to the parent portal with their own email. 

Resolution


You will want to add the student as a Contact on their family record with their email address to provide Parent Portal access.

  1. Go to Families > All Families to locate the family or use the global Find a family search at the top of a page
  2. Click Add Contact on the Family record
  3. Fill in the information in the pop-up window
  4. Click Save.
