Enroll student who doesn't meet Camp age requirement

How do I enroll a student into a camp that is under the age requirement?

Resolution

At this time, Jackrabbit does not allow you to manually enroll a student who does not meet the age requirement of the Camp. To work around this, follow the steps below to edit the Camp age range settings and enroll the student:

1. Go to Activities > Camps.

2. Click the three-dot menu beside the Camp > click Edit.

3. Under Enrollee Details, edit the Min or Max Age to accommodate the student's age.

4. Click Save.

6. Select Manage Session beside the Camp.

6. Pick the desired Session from the drop-down menu at the top of the Session Details page.

7. Click the Add Student button.

8. Search for the student and check the box beside their name

9. Click Save.

10. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to adjust the age range back to the original settings.
