If I send an email to a class, can I go back and see the email?

Resolution


The Sent Emails report provides a list of emails sent to your students, contacts, and staff based on the filters (Search Criteria) you select.

  1. Go to Reports > Find Reports
  2. In the left menu, select Email/Text/Marketing
  3. In the Recommend tab, select Sent Emails
  4. Set the date (or date range) of the sent email in the Date from and through fields
  5. Set any other Search Criteria and Display Settings needed
  6. Click Submit
  7. Click the three-dot menu next to an email to view that email
