Set up an ePayment Automation to charge a family balance in the future

How do I set up the system to automatically charge one family their balance on a specified date in the future so I don't have to remember to do it?

To set up an ePayment automation follow the instructions in this article to Create a scheduled task to process ePayments automatically.

To process for a specific family on a particular day:

Set the Schedule Start date and time to the future date on which you want to process their payment
Use the Family Search field in the Family Criteria section to locate the specific family
In the Schedule ePayment Task window, select After in the Ends On section, and set to 1 occurence
