Student who does not meet age requirement enrolled into class

Issue/Question

I have a class where a 3 year age limit was set but a 2 yr 9 month old enrolled into through the portal. Can you please look into that how it was done?

Resolution

Students who do not fall within a classes age restrictions may be able to enroll into that class if you have the Apply Age Filter toggled off in your Online Registration settings.

To enable this filter:

1. Go to Gear > Settings > Online Registration
2. On the left menu, select Settings
3. Scroll down to Class Search/Filter Settings and toggle Apply Age Filter to Yes
4. Save Changes
