Add a Policy Group to a class from the Class record

Objective


Add a group of policies to a class from the Class record for all enrolled families to agree to.

Solution


Adding a Policy Group to a class can be done from the Class record on the Policy Groups tab. Parents will be prompted to agree to all policies within the Policy Group assigned to the class at their next login to the Parent Portal.

  1. From the Class record, navigate to the Policy Groups tab.
  2. Click the + Add button.
  3. In the Add Policy Groups window, Select all groups that apply from the drop-down list to add an existing Policy Group. Or, click Create Policy Group to add a new one.
  4. Click Add.
