Adding a Policy Group from the Class Record
Issue/Question
I do not see any policies listed for these 5 families, all in the same class. How do I get the policies moved into their account so they can agree to them?
Resolution
Parents will be prompted to agree to all policies associated with the Policy Group associated with the class when they log into their Parent Portal.Â
To add a Policy Group to a Class from the Class Record:
- Go to the Policy Groups tab
- Click the the green + button on the top right
- Choose the appropriate Policy Group
- Click Add to add the Policy Group to that Class
