How do I find transactions that resulted in failed payment?

Resolution


To find recently declined ePayments:

  1. Go to Transactions > Search.
  2. Select a Transaction Date From and Through.
  3. Next to ePayments, pick Declined Only from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select any other settings to narrow down your search.
  5. Click Submit.
