Report on declined ePayments

How do I find transactions that resulted in failed payment?

Resolution

To find recently declined ePayments:

Go to Transactions > Search.
Select a Transaction Date From and Through.
Next to ePayments, pick Declined Only from the drop-down menu.
Select any other settings to narrow down your search.
Click Submit.
