Account credits and the QuickBooks export

I pay my assistant via account credit. However, I need the credit not to reflect and transfer over to QuickBooks.

Resolution

The QuickBooks export is designed so that only Transaction Type = Payment (Credit) export to QuickBooks. All other transaction types, including account credits, are excluded from the export.

When applying an account credit to a record, use a different Transaction Type, such as Account Credit (Credit), which will reduce the account balance.
