Exclude account credits from the QuickBooks export

Ensure account credits are not included in the QuickBooks export.

Solution

When applying an account credit to a record, use a different Transaction Type, such as Account Credit (Credit), which will reduce the account balance.

The QuickBooks export is designed so that only Transaction Type = Payment (Credit) export to QuickBooks. All other transaction types, including account credits, are excluded from the export.
