How can I email all of the people who signed up for an event?

Resolution


To email attendees of a specific Event date & time:

  1. Go to the Activities menu > Events > List Event Types.
  2. Select the Event Type 
  3. In the Dates & Times tab, select the Event date.
  4. At the top, click Email/Text Event button.
  5. Compose your email or select a template.
  6. Select your recipient criteria under Recipients.
  7. Click Preview List.
  8. Review the recipients and uncheck/check all desired recipients.
  9. Click Send Now or Send Later to schedule the email to be sent in the future.
