Understand how Jackrabbit notifies users of upcoming and overdue Staff Certification expirations.

Solution

Jackrabbit displays alerts for Staff Certifications that are due to expire within the next 30 days or are already overdue. These alerts appear in the Alerts section of the Executive Dashboard, making it easy to identify certifications that require attention.

Selecting either the Active Staff Certifications Due (30 days) or Active Staff Certifications Overdue alert opens the Staff Certifications page. From there, certification details can be reviewed, and reminder emails can be sent to staff members who need to renew their certifications.
