Filter students by User Defined field responses

Issue/Question

We have created a custom student field for our registration forms. Is there a way to run a report to identify which students opted in, opted out, or have not yet responded?

Resolution

You can use the All Students grid to filter responses to your user defined fields. To do this:

Go to Students > All Students
Click on the Open Filters icon
Scroll down and select User Defined Fields
Use the search under the User Defined Field to filter answers for your question
Click Apply to view results

Tip: You can type a space to search and view unspecified answers
