How to see past billing batches

Is there a way to see whether a connection failure or a technical issue occurred when running billing?

Resolution


You can review the status and details of any processed billing batch directly within Jackrabbit.

  1. Go to Transactions > Recent Transactions > ePayments.

  2. Locate the specific batch in the list.

  3. Click the Details link for that batch to view:

  • You will be able to see your declined transactions together at the top of the list, and your processed transactions below.
