How do I alter the text in the email confirmation for an approved payment?
Resolution
You can customize the subject and message text used in approved payment confirmation emails by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Gear icon > Settings > ePayments.
- Â Select the Manage Settings button under Email Notification Settings.
- Â Select Approved Transaction from the left sidebar.
- Adjust your Subject and Message as needed.
- Save Changes.
