Approve Staff time entries
Objective
Approve Staff time entries for payroll processing.
Solution
Approve Staff time entries from the Approve/Unapprove Time page.
- Go to the Staff menu > Time Clock > Approve/Unapprove Time.
- Enter Search Criteria as needed.
- Select a Display Setting.
- Click Preview Staff Hours.
- Review time entries and make changes as needed.
- Select the Approve checkbox for each entry or use Check All Rows to approve all displayed entries.
- Click Save Changes.
ℹ️ All time must be approved before a Pay Period can be closed.
