Create and save default favorite view on Grids

Is there a way to save my preferences as my default view in grids?

To save a grid view as your default:

From the grid, Show or hide the columns shown.
Click the Save as Favorite icon in the top right corner of the grid.
In the Save current view as favorite window, add a name for the favorited grid in the Enter Name field.
To make this grid your default view, toggle Set as default on.
To make this favorited grid available for your team, toggle Share on.
Click Save.
