Restore deleted pay period
Issue/Question
I deleted the pay period by accident, how can I restore?
Resolution
Pay Periods are unable to be restored but can be recreated. To recreate that individual period:
- Go to Staff > Staff Portal > Portal Settings
- Under Time Clock Pay Periods, select Add Pay Period
- In the Payroll Cycle drop down, select Custom
- Enter the Start Date, End Date, and Pay Date for the period deleted
- Click Save
