Restore deleted pay period

I deleted the pay period by accident, how can I restore?

Resolution


Pay Periods are unable to be restored but can be recreated. To recreate that individual period:

  1. Go to Staff > Staff Portal > Portal Settings
  2. Under Time Clock Pay Periods, select Add Pay Period
  3. In the Payroll Cycle drop down, select Custom
  4. Enter the Start Date, End Date, and Pay Date for the period deleted
  5. Click Save
