How do I create a custom question on my registration form?

You can create up to five custom field labels for each family and student to show on your Online Registration form and in the Family and Student Details within the Parent Portal. To create a User-Defined Field:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon > Settings > General > User-Defined Fields.
2. Add the question or description in the text field beside the Family or Student field.
   • If it's specific to the Family, add it under the Family User-Defined Fields label.
   • If it's specific to a student, add it under the Student User-Defined Fields label.
3. Click Save Changes.
