Create a user-defined field

Create a custom question or field for families or students to collect information during Online Registration.

Solution

Create up to five Family and five Student user-defined fields from the General Settings page by selecting User-defined Fields, entering each question or field label, and saving your changes.

1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > General.
2. Select User-defined Fields from the left menu.
3. Enter the question or description in the appropriate field:
   • For information that applies to the entire family, enter it under Family User-defined fields Label.
   • For information that applies to an individual student, enter it under Student User-defined fields Label.
4. Repeat as needed for any additional User-defined Fields.
5. Select Save Changes.
