How can I archive staff in our system that no longer work for us?

Resolution


You are unable to archive staff members, but setting the staff member to Inactive allows them to remain accessible in the List All Staff report. Follow the steps below to set a staff member to Inactive.

  1. Navigate to Staff > Active Staff.

  2. Select the staff member you would like to set to Inactive.

  3. On the Summary tab, set the Status to Inactive.

  4. Save Changes.

If you want to remove the staff member entirely, you can delete their staff record by following the steps here.
