Camp enrollments after indicated Balance Transaction Date
Issue/Question
What will post if the child is signed up for a camp after the balance transaction date?
Resolution
After you have configured your Camp pricing and a student enrolls after the date indicated for the Balance Transaction Date, both the Camp Deposit and the Camp Balance fees will post with the date the student was enrolled in the Camp.
Example: The Camp balance is set to post on a Fixed Date of 2/1/2026, and a student is enrolled on 2/5/2026, the Transaction Date will be 2/5/2026.Â
