Parents unable to book makeups in the Parent Portal due to Session dates

Why are parents unable to book make-up classes through the Parent Portal?
 

Resolution


If the Session Registration Start date is set in the future, classes won’t appear in the Parent Portal for makeup booking until that date.

To review your settings:

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > General

  2. Select Drop-Down Lists and then click on Session

  3. Review the current Session Registration Start date
