View and restore a family in the Lead File

Issue/Question


I deleted a family by mistake. I need them to be available to me.

Resolution


Here is how to find and then restore a family from the Lead File...

  1. Navigate to Families > Lead File > Search Leads
  2. Enter your Search Criteria
  3. Click Submit
  4. Click on the Family Name you wish to view/restore
  5. If you wish to restore the family, click the Restore Family button
     


Note: The following information is not retained in the Lead file and cannot be restored. 

  • Contact information for any non-Billing Contacts
  • Any data in the Additional Information section of the contact
  • Some Student information including Medical information, Student Fixed Fee, User-defined Fields, etc.
  • The family's billing info including credit card / bank account, family fixed fees, and family discounts
  • Deleted Transactions
  • Most notes
