How do I accept a cash payment?

You can post a payment to a family account for any type of payment.  For a cash payment, follow the steps below:

1. In a family account, click the button: Payment/Credit
2. For the Method drop-down, select Cash as the option.
   • If Cash is not an option listed, please refer to this: Add Transaction Type and Payment Method drop-down options
3. Add the amount of cash being received in the Payment field
4. Select which fees to pay under Apply Amt
5. Click Save Payment to record the payment
