Searching for a family by Family ID number

How do I search for a family by family ID number?

Resolution

To search for families by their Family ID number:

  1. Go to Family > All Families
  2. Selecting the 3 dots in any column, then select Columns 
  3. Scroll to the bottom and check the Jackrabbit Family ID to add this column to your grid
  4.  Navigate to the Jackrabbit Family ID column and use the search bar at the top to search for a specific Family ID
