Email students with upcoming birthdays
Issue/Question
How to send out a mass email to families of children who have upcoming birthdays?
Resolution
The Student Detail report can be used to locate all students with upcoming birthdays. Families can be mass emailed from this report.
To mass email students with upcoming birthdays:
- Go to Reports > Find Reports .
- Enter Student Detail in the Search field.
- Select all desired criteria, including the Birth Month.
- Click Submit.
- From the grid, follow the steps to Email from Grids.
