Enable Parent Portal enrollment notifications

Issue/Question


None of the notifications are coming through to us alerting us that someone enrolled in a event.

Resolution


To receive Parent Portal enrollment notifications, check this setting:

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Parent Portal.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. In the Communication section, locate the Send email alert to your organization for settings.
  4. Check the Student Enrollments box - changes are saved automatically.

⚙️Note: User Permissions may limit access to this feature or functionality.
