Enable Parent Portal enrollment notifications
Issue/Question
None of the notifications are coming through to us alerting us that someone enrolled in a event.
Resolution
To receive Parent Portal enrollment notifications, check this setting:
- Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Parent Portal.
- Select the Settings tab.
- In the Communication section, locate the Send email alert to your organization for settings.
- Check the Student Enrollments box - changes are saved automatically.
