Requiring agreement when adding new Policies to a Policy Group
Issue/Question
If I add policies to a policy group, would they automatically show up in everyone's account or do I need to do an extra step?
Resolution
When you add a new policy to a policy group that is assigned to classes, Jackrabbit will automatically prompt enrolled families to sign the newly added policy.Â
If you add a new policy to your Default Policy Group that is required without class enrollment, families will be prompted to sign the newly added policy when registering or the next time they sign into the Parent Portal.Â
