Tuition not posting for classes

At least 2 of my classes have not been billing for months and I do not know why?

Resolution


There are a few reasons why tuition may not post for a class when posting tuition manually or automatically. One thing you can ensure is whether or not your classes that have not been billing have a start date assigned. Classes missing a start date will not allow tuition to post.

To check this:

  1. Go to Classes > All Classes
  2. Select the class missing from tuition posting
  3. Select the Summary tab, ensure there is a start date entered for the class
