Payment not processed for an online registration

Issue/Question


The credit card was not automatically charged for this new family when they registered online. 

Resolution


At this time, requiring payment at enrollment is available only for existing customers through your Parent Portal.  

New families must be processed manually by an admin/User in your Jackrabbit system. They are simply filling out your online web registration form, where you can require their credit card number, but there is no Payment/Checkout/Shopping Cart screen.

You can set up an ePayment Automation to process new registrations daily.
