Email from grids
Objective
Send an email to records displayed in a grid.
Solution
Send emails to filtered or selected records using the Send a Message option available in supported grids.
- From the grid, click the Send a Message icon.
- In the Define Audience window, select the recipients.
- Click Next: Add'l Settings.
- Select any additional settings.
- Click Next: Composer.
