Add a Closed Date

Prevent families from scheduling make-up classes during facility closure days.

Solution

Closed dates can be added in your General Settings to mark the days your facility is closed and prevent makeups from being scheduled on that day.

1. Click the Gear icon > Settings > General.

2. Choose Closed Dates from the left menu.

3. Click Add Closed Date(s).

4. Enter the dates of your closure.

   • For a single closed day, enter the same date in both the Start Date and End Date fields.

   • For a date range, enter the full date range.

5. Save Changes.
