Access receipts for transactions
Issue/Question
How do I regenerate a receipt?
Resolution
To pull up a receipt from a transaction:
- Go to Families > All Families
- Select the family who'd receipts you wish to access, and select Transactions
- Click the pencil icon next to any payment line on their transactions page
- Select Receipt to pull the receipt for that transaction
- Select Print or Email and complete the remaining prompts
