Access receipts for transactions

How do I regenerate a receipt?
 

Resolution


To pull up a receipt from a transaction:

  1. Go to Families > All Families
  2. Select the family who'd receipts you wish to access, and select Transactions
  3. Click the pencil icon next to any payment line on their transactions page
  4. Select Receipt to pull the receipt for that transaction
  5. Select Print or Email and complete the remaining prompts
