Changing Appointment end times to allow later bookings
Issue/Question
How can I edit appointments so they can be booked to end later instead of the time set now?
Resolution
To allow appointments to be booked later in the day, you’ll need to update the Availability Window for that day.
Navigate to Activities > Appointments.
In the Types section, identify the Appointment Type you want to edit > click the More Options button (3 dot menu) > select Edit.
Navigate to the Availability Window section for the Appointment Type.
Edit the end time to the desired time.
Save and Publish. (Note: Previously booked appointments will not be updated. Changes will only apply to new bookings.)
