Understanding waitlist enrollments when a class is full
Issue/Question
I have a class that is full, another parent was able to register their student for the same class. This should not happen as the class is already full.
Resolution
The registration you’re seeing is a waitlist enrollment, not an active enrollment in the class. When waitlisting is enabled, parents can still add their child to the class after it reaches maximum capacity.
You can manage waitlist settings, including enabling or disabling the waitlist and adjusting the waitlist size, from the Class Summary tab.
