Class drop-ins enabled but not viewable in Parent Portal

I have drop-ins allowed in my classes but I am not seeing a drop-in option in the Parent Portal.

Resolution


Once you have selected Allow Drop-ins within your class settings, you may also have to enable Parent Portal drop-ins. This setting allows Parent Portal users to view drop-ins. Follow the steps below to find this setting:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon > Settings > General.
  2. Select the Organization Defaults Tab.
  3. Under Parent Portal Drop-in Settings, set Allow parents to schedule drop-ins? to Yes.
  4. If needed, set the Scheduling Window For Drop-ins accordingly.
  5. Save Changes.
