Allow parents to schedule makeup classes
Issue/Question
Parents cannot schedule makeups.
Resolution
Parents can only schedule makeup classes if the option is enabled in the Makeup Settings. To allow parents to schedule makeups, follow these steps:
Click the Gear icon > Settings > General.
Select Organization Defaults from the left menu.
Scroll down to Parent Portal Absence & Makeup Settings.
Under Allow parents to record absences?, select Yes.
Click Save Changes.
