Email or print separate Statements per student

Issue/Question


I have a family with multiple students who need individual receipts so they can submit them for reimbursement. What is the best way to provide a separate receipt for each student?

Resolution


To email or print statements per student:

  1. From the Family record, click the Statement button.
  2. Select either Email Statement or Printed Statement (PDF).
  3. Within the Family/Account Search Criteria, check the box for Email/Print Statement by Student(s).
  4. In the Select Student(s) box, select 1 student.
  5. Enter all other details you wish to include.
  6. Click Submit.

    -  If emailing, click Preview Email Statements List > check the box under the Send? column > Send Emails.

  7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you have a statement for each student.
