Email or print separate Statements per student
Issue/Question
I have a family with multiple students who need individual receipts so they can submit them for reimbursement. What is the best way to provide a separate receipt for each student?
Resolution
To email or print statements per student:
- From the Family record, click the Statement button.
- Select either Email Statement or Printed Statement (PDF).
- Within the Family/Account Search Criteria, check the box for Email/Print Statement by Student(s).
- In the Select Student(s) box, select 1 student.
- Enter all other details you wish to include.

Click Submit.
- Â If emailing, click Preview Email Statements List > check the box under the Send? column > Send Emails.
- Repeat steps 4-6 until you have a statement for each student.
