Staff availability not showing when booking an Appointment

Issue/Question


Our staff’s availability is not showing for parents to book private lessons.

Resolution


When troubleshooting an unavailable date or time for an appointment, check the following:

  • Has the staff member entered their availability?

  • Does the staff member's availability line up with the Appointment Type booking timeslots?

  • Has the staff member been associated with the Appointment Type?

  • Is the staff member already assigned to a Class, Event, or another Appointment during this time?
