Staff availability not showing when booking an Appointment
Issue/Question
Our staff’s availability is not showing for parents to book private lessons.
Resolution
When troubleshooting an unavailable date or time for an appointment, check the following:
Has the staff member entered their availability?
Does the staff member's availability line up with the Appointment Type booking timeslots?
Has the staff member been associated with the Appointment Type?
Is the staff member already assigned to a Class, Event, or another Appointment during this time?
