Objective


Add or update a photo in a Student record from the Staff Portal.

Solution


To add or update a student photo, upload it from the Attendance view in the Staff Portal.

  1. Log in to the Staff Portal > Manage Activities.
  2. Click the Attendance button beside the class the student is scheduled to be in.
  3. Click the + icon on the placeholder photo, or on the current photo of the student.

âť—Note: The ability to add photos depends on the Staff Portal setting to display photos on the Student List pages.

ℹ️ Tip: When the Staff Portal is launched from a smart device, such as an iPad or iPhone, staff can take a student's photo and add it on the spot!
