Objective


Add or update a student photo from the Parent Portal.

Solution


 Parents can add or update their students' picture from the Student page of the Parent Portal.

  1. From the Parent Portal Dashboard, select Billing & Payments.
  2. Click Students.
  3. On the student card, click View.
  4. Click the Pencil icon to edit the student's information.
  5. Click the Pencil icon beside the photo placeholder, or on the current photo of the student.
  6. Upload the chosen photo.
  7. Click Save.

❗Note: The ability for the parent to upload a photo is dependent on the Parent Portal setting for parents to Update Contact and Student Information.
