View the details of a scheduled automation task

Where we can see the details of the automation tasks that have been scheduled?

Resolution


Automation tasks are managed from the Task Management page. 

To view the details of a task you have scheduled:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu > Automation > Task Management
  2. Locate the task in the list and click the Row actions menu icon (3 dots)
  3. Select View to see the task details:
    • Tuition tasks - Posting Criteria, Discount Rules, Client Settings
    • ePayment tasks - Payment Settings, Family Criteria, Transaction Criteria
