Hiding client phone numbers in the Staff Portal

Can we hide our clients cellphone numbers on the Staff Portal?

Resolution

You can hide client phone numbers in the Staff Portal by adjusting your Family & Student Display Options.

Note: Removing these options will hide all contact information, including name and email address, not just their phone numbers.

1. Go to Staff > Staff Portal > Portal Settings
2. Find the Family & Student Display Options section
3. Uncheck Primary Contacts and/or Emergency Contacts
4. Save Changes
