Correct an automated task that isn't working

For some reason, the task for our automation didn't work this month. What do I do?

Resolution

There are many possible reasons for an automation to not run, but the fix is the same.

Because the criteria options for automation tasks can't be edited (Editing an existing scheduled task), to correct the task you'll need to:

  1. Delete a scheduled automation task
  2. Create a scheduled task to post tuition fees automatically or Create a scheduled task to automate ePayments
